Coalition for Food and Health Equity’s Pals & Produce program offers fresh produce and nutritious premade meals to low income cancer patients undergoing treatment, recent cancer survivors and caregivers. This program is free for participants and will run for the duration of the farm season.

1 / How do I enroll a client in the program?
Complete the enrollment screener form with your
client and a CFHE team member will be in touch to complete an enrollment form with the client.
2 / What if a client is interested but does not live in one of the designated counties?
A client may still register if they are able to pick up their produce package at a designated location
such as your agency office. Contact Chloe Campiglia to coordinate.
3 / What are the expectations for client involvement in the program?
Participants in the program will be asked to complete a program enrollment form and post program evaluation. We would love to hear feedback about the deliveries and recipes included as well!
4 / How will the produce be delivered to clients and how frequently?
We have partnered with DoorDash to coordinate deliveries of fresh produce and prepared meals to participants in this program. Deliveries will be made on the first Thursday of each month.
