About Us and Team
Fresh by Ujamaa Café is a farm stand initiative powered by the Coalition for Food and Health Equity bringing local, fresh produce directly to Hudson County residents throughout Hudson County. Our mission is simple: to make access to nutritious, high-quality food easy, equitable, and joyful. Through weekly farm stands, pop-ups, and mobile produce deliveries, we meet our neighbors where they are bridging the gap between farms and families while nourishing both body and community.
Led by a dedicated team, Fresh by Ujamaa Café transforms public and private spaces into vibrant hubs of wellness and connection.
Together, we’re building a food system rooted in dignity, care, and opportunity across communities improving access and health for all.
