Coalition for Food and Health Equity’s Pals & Produce program offers fresh produce and nutritious premade meals to low income cancer patients undergoing treatment, recent cancer survivors and caregivers. About Rapid Response

CFHE’s Rapid Response Program provides short term emergency assistance to individuals experiencing hardship and food insecurity. This program ensures that vulnerable community members have access to essential supports during times of need.
