Coalition for Food and Health Equity’s Pals & Produce program offers fresh produce and nutritious premade meals to low income cancer patients undergoing treatment, recent cancer survivors and caregivers. This program is free for participants and will run for the duration of the farm season.

About Rapid Response
CFHE’s Rapid Response Hunger Relief Program provides fresh, local produce to residents experiencing hardship and food insecurity. This program ensures that vulnerable community members have access to healthy food during times of need.
Eligibility Requirements
Individuals must meet at least 2 of the following:

Elderly (60+)
-
Living with a disability (SSDI/SSI)
-
Living with an autoimmune condition (HIV, Lupus, etc.)

Experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity

Experiencing food insecurity
-
Experiencing financial insecurity
